By commissioning me you agree to all the terms listed on this carrd. Any violation of my terms can potentially lead to being blacklisted. Please be aware that the following terms may be changed without notice.

Couples (maybe up to 3 people)
Fan characters
Mild gore
What I Won't Draw
NSFW
Anthros/Animals/Furries/Anything of the sort
Elderly people/Children
Heavy gore
Overly revealing clothes (ask if you're unsure!)
Mecha (light armor is fine)
Real life people

copyright/usage policy
I, the artist, hold all copyright to the produced artwork, not the commissioner, unless otherwise stated. The commission should only be used by myself and the commissioner. The commissioner must agree that they will not perform copyright infringement of the commissioned work.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using my artwork commercially (for economic profit)
Taking credit for my artwork or giving none at all
Removing my watermark/signature
Editing/altering the artwork itself without my permission (cropping is fine)
Nothing made by Paradecim may be used by blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI art training, or future inventions in the space.
I have the right to post your commission anywhere online to promote myself/my art.
Message me if you would prefer your commission to be private.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission request.
How to order
I work from clear references. No written descriptions please!
Please specify if you wish for your character to be drawn in a certain outfit/hairstyle/etc. if they have multiple outfits (or recently got a redesign)
Feel free to request various poses/backgrounds/etc, especially if you are ordering a complex background
payment
Send payment once your order is approved!
For me to begin working on your commission, I require the full amount paid up front.
Payment is in USD via PayPal
Do not request a commission if you do not have the funds currently on you.
delivery
Average wait time for a commission: 1 week - 2 months
Please do not rush me, and please be patient. Health or life in general may hinder my art process
Messages checking up on progress from time to time is acceptable, but please do not spam me daily and/or weekly about your commission!
Revisions/Corrections
I will always send at least one WIP sketch. Once the sketch is approved, I will move on to finish the piece
The commissioner is able to ask for several WIPs if they wish
It is the commissioner's responsibility to point out errors in my sketch and provide various details of the character
I will not redo a commission! Only small revisions or color changes
I will send you the full picture privately before uploading publicly in case of revisions
Once the commission is to your liking, I will DM you the finalized, full resolution and unwatermarked piece. It is recommended you save this file as I may delete it from my sta.sh in the future
Most of the time, I will publicly upload a watermarked version of your commission unless it was requested to be made private
